When you receive your plants and they are not as you ordered or damaged unrelated to shipping, St. Mary’s Nursery & Farm must receive notification in writing within 48 hours to include a description of the situation, a photo, and shipping documentation. After 48 hours, sales are final. Any return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If plants are returned unrelated to a plant deformity, they must be returned in original condition and a restocking fee of 20% will deducted from any refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable.
